Stallholder Information

Our market is currently accepting applications for a waitlist. However, we are also keen to hear from you if you make unique products which are not currently offered at our market to enhance the product offering to customers.

By accepting an offer to trade at the Cobbitty Village Markets, be it permanent, casual, long or short term, it is deemed that as a stallholder, you have read, understand and agree to abide by these Stallholder Trading Terms. For the purposes of this document “stallholder” means: The stallholder, their assistants, friends, employees, family or any other person involved in the maintenance and/or running of the stall.

Home Businesses are now monitored by Local Government rather than NSW Food Authority. All stalls selling food at Cobbitty Markets must comply with Camden Council Regulations.

Food stall holders need to;

1. Submit a Food Premises Notification form, for Temporary Food Premises, or obtain a Camden Council food authority. Further details can be found here.
